Citrus is seeking a Senior Commercial Analytics Lead to help shape the analytical backbone of our commercial intelligence platform. This role sits at the intersection of healthcare claims data, market strategy, and commercial execution.
You will work closely with product, engineering, and pharma customers to ensure our disease definitions, penetration metrics, and territory intelligence frameworks are analytically rigorous and commercially defensible.
This role is not about generating reports — it’s about building the analytical systems that power strategic decisions across launch planning, white space identification, and field deployment.

What You’ll Be Doing
Define and validate disease market basket logic (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, NDC)
Develop defensible penetration and white space methodologies
Collaborate with Medical and Commercial stakeholders to align definitions
Translate raw claims data into strategic commercial insight
Design validation frameworks to ensure data integrity and trust
Partner with product to improve self-serve analytics workflows
Who We’re Looking For
You’ve worked inside pharma, a life sciences analytics firm, or a healthcare data platform. You understand how claims data behaves — its strengths, its limitations, and how to make it decision-ready.
You’re comfortable explaining attribution logic to a Strategy VP one moment and debating methodology with an Analytics Director the next.
Strong background in healthcare claims analytics
Experience with commercial pharma use cases
Fluency in SQL, Python, or analytics tooling
Understanding of payer mix, facility attribution, and longitudinal claims
Ability to communicate complex methodology clearly
