Overview
Citrus is hiring a Product Manager to lead the evolution of our self-serve commercial intelligence platform for pharma teams.
This role sits at the intersection of data infrastructure, user workflows, and strategic decision-making. You will define how commercial analytics, strategy, field leadership, and market access teams interact with claims intelligence — turning fragmented vendor processes into unified, repeatable workflows.
This is a systems-thinking role. You’ll design features that reduce months of vendor lead time into weeks of internal control.

What You’ll Be Doing
Own roadmap across disease definition, territory analytics, and integration workflows
Translate ICP pain points into product requirements
Design intuitive, enterprise-grade self-serve experiences
Partner with engineering to ship scalable data-driven features
Work with customers to understand friction and adoption blockers
Define metrics that reflect real commercial value (not vanity usage)
Who We’re Looking For
You’ve built data-heavy SaaS products before — ideally in healthcare or regulated industries. You understand the difference between a dashboard and a workflow.
You’re comfortable balancing technical constraints, compliance considerations, and commercial urgency.
Experience building B2B data or analytics platforms
Strong systems thinking and prioritization skills
Comfort working with engineers and domain experts
Ability to translate strategic ambiguity into structured plans
Healthcare or life sciences experience is a strong plus
