Citrus is building a new category: self-serve commercial intelligence for pharmaceutical teams. Our platform empowers Commercial Analytics, Strategy, Field Leadership, and Market Access teams to move from hypothesis to validation in weeks, not quarters.
We are seeking a Commercial Solutions Lead with deep experience in pharma commercial strategy, territory analytics, and claims-based market intelligence. This role sits at the intersection of product, sales, and client success — translating complex healthcare data into actionable commercial clarity.
This is not a traditional sales role. It is a strategic partner role for enterprise customers.
You will help pharma teams operationalize disease definitions, pressure-test market assumptions, integrate territory data, and identify white space opportunity — all while shaping how Citrus evolves as a platform.
What You’ll Be Doing
As Commercial Solutions Lead, you will:
• Lead high-level discovery conversations with Heads of Commercial Analytics, Strategy, and Field Leadership
• Translate customer commercial challenges into structured Citrus workflows
• Design and validate disease market baskets with Medical and Analytics teams
• Guide integration of territory alignments, account lists, and sales performance data
• Help customers interpret penetration metrics, payer mix shifts, and facility concentration
• Drive implementation from initial onboarding to first insight
• Partner with Product to refine workflows based on real-world enterprise use
• Support strategic expansion within existing accounts
You will serve as both a trusted advisor and internal feedback loop — ensuring the platform evolves around real commercial needs.
Who We’re Looking For
You are fluent in the language of pharmaceutical commercialization. You understand how territory performance, payer mix, and facility concentration shape real investment decisions.
You’ve likely worked in:
• Commercial analytics
• Field strategy
• Sales operations
• Market access analytics
• Or a life sciences analytics vendor environment
You are comfortable speaking with:
• Heads of Commercial Analytics
• Strategy leaders preparing board narratives
• Field leadership responsible for quota attainment
• Market Access teams shaping contracting decisions
You can distill complexity without oversimplifying it.
Experience & Qualifications
• 6+ years in pharma commercial strategy, analytics, or life sciences data environments
• Strong familiarity with medical and pharmacy claims
• Experience working with territory alignments and account hierarchies
• Comfort presenting to VP and Director-level stakeholders
• Ability to translate analytical outputs into commercial action
• Experience with IQVIA, Komodo, Symphony, or similar platforms is a plus
